7-UP Salad

1 package lime Jello (6 oz.)
1 c. hot water
1 T. sugar
1 T. vanilla
1 large package cream cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple
½ c. chopped nuts
1 c. 7-up

In a bowl, combine 1 pkg lime Jello, 1 c. hot water, 1 T. sugar, 1 T. vanilla, 1 large package of cream cheese with a mixer until fluffy. By hand, mix in 1 cup of crushed pineapple, ½ c. chopped nuts and 1 cup 7-up. Refrigerate till you are ready to serve
